The location was perfect, with train and bus stops right in front of the hotel, making it convenient to explore the city. The room was comfortable and met Novotel's standard, providing a good night's sleep. The AC was effective and not noisy, which was especially appreciated during the hot weather. The staff at the reception provided excellent support and were helpful throughout my stay.

The property was close to a train station. A great choice while traveling to Lyon. We ate at O Conways, which is only 600 ft away, it suited our needs...

Communal work area: I practically set up my own little office in the communal work area, complete with a cup of coffee and a laptop that never ran out of battery. It was like my own personalized coworking space, minus the annoying coworkers.

Air conditioning: The fan in the room claimed to be air conditioning, but it was more like a decorative piece that blew hot air in your face.

Very good breakfast, good location next to the metro & train station, nice reception service.

Our room was close to the lift and it was a bit loudly at night.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is perfect as it is within walking distance of the train station. The service provided by the staff at the reception desk was excellent. They were very friendly and helpful. The room amenities were great, including air conditioning, an in-room safe, and free toiletries. I also appreciated the presence of an electric kettle and a television in the room. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were top-notch, offering a wide variety of delicious options. I was impressed with the comfort and quality services provided at this hotel.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very good location and nice price, too.

Great location for solo travellers as it is close to the main railway station, making it easy to access other parts of the city, including vieux Lyon. The Metro is also close by for those who prefer this mode of transportation. The rooms are spacious, with good quality linens and towels in the bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is excellent with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel also offers a children's playroom, making it great for families with kids.

Some aspects of the furnishing may need an update to match the high price tag of the rooms.

The hotel is always very clean, generous in daily stuff, personnel very present to serve and answe questions, very close to shopping area, just cross the street, food clean and appetizing, for a 3stars hotel, no better one could be found.

Only one thing that you should check the bar at the entrance, some items could be missed that they provide quickly and without arguing.

The Explore Suites at Novotel Lyon Centre Part-Dieu really made us feel at home during our stay. The rooms were fully equipped and had everything we needed, from a minibar to a flat-screen TV. The private bathrooms were clean and came with complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer. The free WiFi was also a great addition, allowing us to stay connected throughout our trip. we loved how comfortable and welcoming the rooms were, making us never want to leave!

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the tub in the private bathroom. But hey, that's just my preference!

The location is convenient since it is just next to the train station. Easy to get there. Airport shuttle is just behind the building which was the main reason to choose the hotel.

Although the location is easy to arrive, there is nothing to do around. There is a bunch of drunk men around the train station which makes you feel worried at night, especially when you don't know French.The hotel and the rooms are clean but old looking, the tv set is old, remote not working properly, poor selection of tv channels all in French.

The hotel lacked character and felt somewhat soulless. the air conditioning was not effective, making the rooms uncomfortably stuffy.

Very convenient to the Lyon train station (I could walk to it easily with a heavy duffel bag in tow), quick & attentive front desk staff, room was extremely soundproof even though on the "first" floor (I had rm # 102) so I slept quite well. The buffet style breakfast, available from 7 am on, was delicious, variegated (lots of choice) and generous. I will definitely use this hotel again the next time I am in Lyon.

As someone who travels frequently with a lot of luggage, the location of this hotel in proximity to the train station was an absolute blessing. Within just a few minutes, I was able to get from my room to the front door of the station. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. I was also pleased to find that the staff was friendly and accommodating. Lastly, the free wifi was a nice touch, making it easy to stay connected while on the go.
